Dr. Justin Hett is a clinical advisor for mental health and provides technical oversight for trauma rehabilitation projects and capacity development initiatives. His work also focuses on enhancing psychosocial safety and resilience for human rights defenders and civil society organizations globally. He has worked as a clinician in a broad range of contexts including medical practices, prisons, universities, as well as in the humanitarian sector. He has significant international experience as a psychotherapist and trainer, including over 15 years in the Middle East. Justin is a BACP accredited psychotherapist and holds a Ph.D. in counseling from the University of East Anglia in the UK.
