CVT administrative volunteers work closely with staff to help organize and facilitate small administrative work of one of CVT’s healing centers.

Activities

  • Helping with the front desk.
  • Coordinate the flow of appointments at the clinic (let people in, track down taxis if needed, inform providers the client is here, etc.).
  • Organizing the office.

Skills needed

  • Ability to be a welcoming face to incoming clients and guiding them.
  • Ability to work with CVT staff.
  • Care and sensitivity to issues of confidentiality, privacy and security.

Time commitment

  • CVT conducts background checks on all applicants. This will take about a week.
  • 2 times a month.
