CVT administrative volunteers work closely with staff to help organize and facilitate small administrative work of one of CVT’s St. Cloud office.

Activities

  • Answer phone calls and welcome visitors.
  • Collaborate with staff members in organizing and managing the main office.
  • Sign in individuals who are walk-ins.
  • Answer organizational and programmatic questions as they come up.
  • Contribute valuable experiences and insights to the office staff.
  • Complete assigned projects as needed.
  • Contact other providers and create outreach documents as needed.

Skills needed

  • Ability to be a welcoming face to incoming clients and guiding them.
  • Ability to work with CVT staff.
  • Care and sensitivity to issues of confidentiality, privacy and security.

Time commitment

  • CVT conducts background checks on all applicants. This will take about a week.
  • 1 – 3 times a week, 4-5 hours a day.
