Ms. Antin serves as the Online Community Builder for the New Tactics in Human Rights Project at the Center for Victims of Torture. She has been with the project since January 2008. Ms. Antin is responsible for maintaining the project’s website, and building the New Tactics online community. Through the project’s interactive website, she works to disseminate New Tactics material and ideas to a large audience of human rights practitioners. She also promotes the sharing of tactical experiences and information among these practitioners. Ms. Antin received her Master of Arts in Human Rights from the University of Essex, where she focused on International Human Rights Law and International Relations. She has worked with CVT on the International Capacity Building Project in Minnesota and in Uganda as a field consultant.  Ms. Antin has worked with an indigenous torture treatment center in Uganda where she worked on several human rights advocacy campaigns.
